Dropoff/Pickup Information

Parking & Arrival Information
Below is an aerial map of our building to help guide you through our arrival and dismissal procedures. Please review the following carefully to ensure a smooth and safe experience for all students and families:

🚫 No Parking Zones

• Town Hall Lot: The lower lot closest to Town Hall is closed to WECC families. Please do not park there during pick-up and drop-off times as it is for Town Hall business only.
• WECC Lot: There is no parking in the WECC lot during drop-off or pick-up times.

🚗 Driveway Access & Parking

• The driveway (horseshoe) is outlined in blue on the map.
• All vehicles must enter single file into the horseshoe.
• When parking, please pull all the way around to the farthest available spot on the right-hand side to allow as many families as possible to park behind you.

🚪 Student Drop-Off & Pick-Up

• All students must be walked to Door #7, which is the front entrance of WECC.
• Staff members will be outside to greet students and families during arrival and dismissal.
• There will be designated staff members at drop-off and pick-up spots, so you’ll always know where to meet your child.

♿ Handicap Parking

• The parking lot directly in front of the entrance is reserved for families needing handicap access only. Please do not park in this lot unless needed.

⚠️Traffic & Safety Reminders

• Drop-off and pick-up may take a little extra time during the first few weeks as everyone adjusts to the new routine—thank you for your patience!
• If you're concerned about getting stuck in traffic or need to leave quickly, consider parking on Academy Ave. or Middle St. and walking your child to the entrance.
• Please drive slowly and cautiously—safety is our top priority for all children and families.
